Sofia-Krasna Polyana Industrial Park is the third project developed and managed by NCIZ EAD in the Sofia region, alongside the company's largest industrial project - Sofia-Bozhurishte Industrial Park and the developing Dobroslavtsi Economic Zone.

The park is located within the administrative boundaries of Sofia Municipality and has a strategic location within Sofia - in close proximity to the central city area and the capital's ring road, providing easy and quick access to administrative, institutional, and business services.

Given its convenient location and the ongoing procedure for drawing up a detailed development plan /PUP/, the industrial park is set to be ready to attract investors in the field of manufacturing, logistics and service activities in accordance with the specifics of the park, which is of a general type (A) - without specialization in manufacturing activities.
