Japan’s business delegation to visit IP Sofia-Bozhurishte
On 16 October 2024, a business delegation from Japan is going to visit the biggest state-owned Industrial Park IP Sofia – Bozhurishte, part of the portfolio of the “National Company Industrial Zones” EAD /NCIZ/.
The visit is organized by the Japan External Trade Organization – JETRO – with the support of the Embassy of Japan in Bulgaria.
The delegation from the Asian country includes more than 100 companies, among which Itochu, Sojitz, Marubeni, Mitsubishi, Japan Bank of International Cooperation, MUFG Bank, Epson, Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Shimizu corporation, NEXI. Guests will be able to tour the park and to visit the production zones of some of its leading investors. In addition to the IP Sofia-Bozhurishte, the representatives of NCIZ will present to the delegation the investment opportunities in other industrial zones in the country, part of the NCIZ’s portfolio.
The Sofia – Bozhurishte Industrial Park is a priority project of NCIZ, which has already attracted 42 investors from the country and abroad in various economic sectors, including automotive, high-tech, warehousing and logistics. The industrial park, with an area of 3 million square meters, offers land with an established infrastructure with opportunities for power and water supply, sewage, storm water drainage, gasification, optics.
