The opportunities for investments were presented by NCIZ on a Bulgarian-Brazilian business forum

“National Company Industrial Zones” (NCIZ) PLC presented the opportunities for implementing investments on the territory of the industrial parks and zones that manages during the November meeting of the companies from “National Industry Club” Assossiation.

Bulgarian-Brazilian industrial cooperation was the topic of the event. The opportunities for cooperation were presented by the ambassador of the South-American country, H. E. Mr. Paulo Roberto Tarisse da Fontoura.

The former Minister of Economy and Industry, Nikola Stoyanov, presented the Bulgarian Global Trade and Investment Assossiation.

NCIZ presented Industrial and Logistics Park - Burgas, where the largest armoured vehicle plant in the country was recently opened by the company International Armored Group BG, part of the international company "International Armored Group", owned by the Bulgarian Mr. Anton Stefov. The plant will produce over 160 types of equipment, and it is planned that mainly Bulgarian specialists will work in the production base. Initial investments are expected to exceed BGN 20 million, creating more than 300 jobs.

This summer, the company purchased from NCIZ a second plot of land near the town of Simitli under the terms of the IPA. The investment is expected to amount to BGN 5 million, resulting to creation of 25 new jobs.

The company manages 13 projects with a total area of ​​over 11 million square meters. 8 of them are already functioning – these are the industrial parks in Sofia, Vidin, Ruse, Varna, Burgas, Svilengrad and Stara Zagora. The remaining 5 are in the process of development. These are the projects in Kardzhali, Karlovo, Telish, Pleven Region and in Suvorovo, Varna Region.
