Stefan Staykov and Nikolay Tsenkov signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Bozhurishte Municipality
Today, March 11th 2016, a Memorandum of Cooperation between Bozhurishte Municipality and National Company Industrial Zones PLC was signed. The Memorandum aims to strengthen the beneficial cooperation between the parties by combining their efforts in attracting investment and improving the competitiveness and employment on the territory of the municipality. Common standpoints about the development of the investment potential of Sofia – Bozhurishte Economic Zone will be reached through joint activities, which will contribute to the economic prosperity of the region.
Mr. Stefan Staykov pointed out that innovative ideas and complex solutions are needed in order to achieve a sustainable urban environment model, which will make Sofia – Bozhurishte Economic Zone more inviting to investors. “Trough signing this Memorandum today, we express our intention to do so in close cooperation with Bozhurishte Municipality”, he added.
Mr. Nikolay Tsenkov also expressed confidence that this partnership will be fruitful and stated: “Our mission is to transform investment intentions into business achievements”.
Both parties received full support for their future intentions by the deputy Minister of Economy Mr. Lyuben Petrov who said that “The Economic Zone is a large-scale project which plays an important role for employment and economic development in the country. The Zone is establishing itself as an attractive investment destination.”
