Between August 24th –27th 2025, part of the EDIH project team "Regional Centre for Digital Solutions and Innovations NCIZ" participated in the annual seminar of AI & Robotics Estonia (AIRE) and the celebration of the fourth anniversary of the Centre for Digital Innovation. The event was held at the training Centre of Tallinn University of Technology.

The seminar brought together representatives of leading European digital innovation hubs from Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia and Bulgaria. The programme included panels, dedicated to best practices in EDIH activities, the development of European artificial intelligence infrastructure and the joint provision of services in support of business and the public sector. The event included individual meetings, working sessions and discussions on the future development of the network of European hubs.

The NCIZ team took part in key discussions on the role of AI Centres in the European ecosystem, competitiveness and growth through artificial intelligence and robotics. Among the highlights was a visit to the e-Estonia Briefing Centre, where the vision for a Digital State was presented.

During the forum the NCIZ team presented the progress on the establishment of its Regional Centre for Digital Solutions and Innovations, which aims to be an open platform for cooperation between companies, research organizations and experts, focused on implementing innovative technologies and supporting the digital transformation of Bulgarian industry. The Centre's upcoming initiatives to support SMEs, including SME digital maturity assessment and artificial intelligence training, were also discussed. 

The participation in this international event strengthened cooperation with European partners and laid the foundation for future transnational projects in the field of AI, robotics and digital transformation.
