Participation of the Executive Director of "National Company Industrial Zones" JSC in the Sixteenth session of the Bulgaria-China Intergovernmental Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation
Mr. Stefan Staykov, Executive Director of "National Company Industrial Zones" JSC (NCIZ) took part in the Sixteenth session of the Bulgaria-China Intergovernmental Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation which was held in Sofia on 26th of September 2016. During the discussions on the topic of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries it was mentioned the perspective sectors of the Bulgarian economy and the priority projects. First as a priority project was presented the opportunity of the Chinese companies to invest in Bulgarian industrial zones and еspecially in current projects of NCIZ. China is planning to invest 500 billion USD in projects abroad, which is a perfect opportunity for the Bulgarian business to participate in a competition to fulfill its initiatives.
The Session was opened by Mr. Luben Petrov - Deputy Minister of Economy of Bulgaria and Mr. Zhang Xiangchen, Deputy China International Trade Representative, Ministry of Commerce of China. Representatives of the following Bulgarian institutions took part in the discussions of the Sixteenth session - Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, Ministry of agriculture and food, Ministry of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Commerce of China.
