Participation of NCIZ in the Vienna Economic Forum
On June 18th-19th 2015 representatives of National Company Industrial Zones participated in the conference „Vienna Economic Talks – Investments and Regional Cooperation - Current Situation and EU Perspectives for the West Balkan Countries as a Part of the Region". The deputy minister of the economy Mr. Lyuben Petrov and Mr. Nikolay Tsenkov as members of the Board of Directors of National Company Industrial Zones presented investment opportunities in Bulgaria as a part of the Balkan region. Special focus was given on attracting investment particularly in the industrial zones developed by NCIZ.
The forum presented governmental and private organizations from 19 countries, including the chairmen of the Investment promotion agencies of Austria, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Turkey and Kosovo. The event was also attended by representatives of the senior management of leading companies from the region of the Vienna Economic Forum – from the Adriatic to the Black Sea.
During the visit were held meetings with Mrs. Bernadette Gerlinger – Deputy Minister of Economy of Austria, Mr. Furqan Chaco – Minister of Foreign Investment of the Republic of Macedonia and business representatives from the Western Balkans region.
