On September 10, 2015 a groundbreaking ceremony for a research center of „Climbmat“ was held in Sofia – Bozhurishte Economic Zone. The company is a subsidiary of „Walltopia“ LTD. – a world leader specialized in the production of climbing walls.
Among the official guests were Bozidar Lukarski - Minister of Economy, Todor Chobanov - Deputy Mayor of Sofia, Asparuh Asparuhov - Mayor of Bozhurishte Municipality, representatives of National Company Industrial Zones, Invest Bulgaria Agency, „GBS Holding“ JSC. Minister Lukarski expressed his gratitude to the managers of „Climbmat“ for their decision to implement the project on the territory of Sofia – Bozhurishte Economic Zone.
The amount of the investment is 3.17 million levs. On a territory of 17,495 square meters there will be built „R & D center Climbmat“, production facilities, office and storage area.
