NCIZ with a largescale project for thorough renovation and reconstruction of Industrial Park Vidin
National Company Industrial Zones EAD is undergoing an application process with a project tender for thorough renovation and construction of internal infrastructure in Industrial Park Vidin under the Programme for Public Support for the development of industrial areas, parks and similar territories and for attracting investments („AttractInvestBG“) under the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan.
If the project proposal is approved, repair works including thorough renovation of the internal transport infrastructure and water and sewage installation will take place, together with additional electric power availability, construction of waste water treatment station, truck and car parking and ecological internal infrastructure as well.
At the Park the Executive Director of the National Company Industrial Zones EAD Mr. Konstantin Palaveev had a meeting with the Minister of Economy and Industry Mr. Bogdan Bogdanov and the Regional Governor Mr. Ivo Atanasov. They discussed the opportunities for attracting investment and the future economic development of the Park and the region in the scope of the strategic plan of the Bulgarian government for the development of Northwestern Bulgaria as a priority region.
The construction works in the industrial Park, managed by NCIZ, are about to start this year, the idea of the Company being to create conditions for it to grow into a key logistic and intermodal hub.
