NCIZ presented its project activities under the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan at a construction sector round table
The „National company industrial zones“ EAD presented its project activities under the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan at a round table under the moto „Perspectives, challenges and vision for the development of the construction sector“, organized by the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and „Stroitel“ newspaper.
The forum, held in the „Sredetz“ Hall of Sofia Balkan Palace, discussed the perspectives and opportunities for financing the construction sector in 2025 during programming period 2021 – 2027, as well as the topic about how to improve the legislation, related to the construction and investment process.
The Minister for the Regional Development and Welfare Violeta Koritarova, the Deputy Minister of Transport Dimitar Nedyalkov and the Executive Director of the Bulgarian Development Bank were among the participants.
The NCIZ presented its project proposals for Vidin Industrial Park, Burgas Industrial and Logistics Park AD and Zagore industrial Zone AD. BGN 2.8 mln is going to be invested in Vidin for energy renovation of the administrative building and the warehouses №4 and №5.
The allowable costs of the industrial park and Burgas project amount to slightly over BGN 30 mln in total, of which BGN 25.5 mln are the approved аmount.
The total eligible costs of the ILPB AD project amount to just over BGN 39 million, of which BGN 25.7 million are the approved funds from the Facility for improving the business environment and conditions for long-term retention of investors in the park in Burgas.
On the other part, in the zone of Stara Zagora a reconstruction of the feeder infrastructure, construction of internal technical infrastructure and environmental infrastructure (car charging stations) will be carried out. Just over BGN 17 million are earmarked for this purpose, of which BGN 13.8 mln are the approved funds from the Mechanism.
