NCIZ launches over BGN 2.8 million project for energy renovation of IP Vidin
The „National Company Industrial Zones“ ЕАD is about to launch a project worth over BGN 2.8 million for energy renovation of the administrative building and the warehouses №4 and №5 of its Industrial Park in Vidin.
The Park is an attractive industrial project of the NCIZ at the bank of the Danube river, in close proximity to a river cargo port, railway station and Danube bridge Vidin-Calafat.
The works to be done under the project include: thermal-insulation of external walls and roof, replacement of window frames and lighting installation, installing warmth-generating systems, building of photo-voltage installation, etc.
The estimated budget for realisation of the project amounts to BGN 2 884 439,52, 1 293 497,78 BGN of which is grant funding under the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan.
The „National Company Industrial Zones“ ЕАD has already signed a funding agreement with the Ministry for Regional Development and Public Works. The funds are provided by the European Union under the Recovery and Sustainability Plan.
The project implementation period is 24 months, but not later than 30th of June 2026.
