National Company Industrial Zones and the Bulgarian Construction Chamber renew their cooperation
The Executive Director of the National Company Industrial Zones EAD (NCIZ) Ms. Antoaneta Bares, PhD, and the Chairman of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber Mr. Ilian Terziev will continue to create favourable opportunities for active development of the investment potential in Bulgaria. The two organisations have signed a Memorandum of Understanding and declared their readiness to work towards attraction of investments in the country, as well as to share experience in the field of construction and management of industrial parks.
Ms. Bares highlighted the advantages of the state industrial parks and zones, which have excellent locations and road infrastructure. She pointed out that, in order to achieve sustainable economic and social development, cooperation between local authorities, state companies and industry organisations is necessary. The intensive communication between the National Company Industrial Zones and the Bulgarian Construction Chamber will help to exchange good practices. On his hand Eng. Ilian Terziev thanked for the fruitful collaboration with NCIZ and said in turn that the development of the industrial parks and zones is extremely necessary, because investors should be supported by the Bulgarian institutions at every stage to achieve economic results.
