From Assessment to Real Results: DMAT and the Role of RCDSI in Digital Transformation
The Regional Center for Digital Solutions and Innovation NCIZ is pleased to invite you to participate in a webinar dedicated to DMAT and the role of RCDSI in the digital transformation of your organization or enterprise.
The event will be held online on March 27, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The webinar is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as representatives of the public sector who are interested in the opportunities for digitization and the implementation of innovative technologies. The speakers will provide clear guidance to businesses on how they can use the services of RCDSI NCIZ to accelerate their digital transformation and increase their competitiveness.
During the webinar, the Digital Maturity Assessment Tool (DMAT) will be presented – a key and mandatory element before receiving services from the hub. Participants will learn how the questionnaire helps businesses identify their strengths and areas for improvement in six key dimensions: strategy, organizational readiness, skills, data management, artificial intelligence, and green transformation.
The event will also present the role of the RCDSI in developing individual digitalization plans based on the results of the DMAT. Through practical examples, participants will learn about the detailed analysis and personalized recommendations that companies receive after the assessment.
Special attention will be paid to the portfolio of digital services offered by the EDIH. The presentation will showcase specific applications and developed solutions, as well as examples of already implemented services – where they are applied, how they support customers, and how they contribute to improving the efficiency and results of organizations.
