Ms. Emilia Todorova is the new Executive Director of the NCIZ EAD
Effective July 8, 2026, the NCIZ EAD has a new management team consisting of the following members:
1. Executive Director – Emilia Todorova, an economist with extensive professional experience in the public sector and public finance management, including the optimization of structural processes.
2. Attorney Andreana Premyanova-Yankova—a lawyer with many years of experience advising investors, structuring business activities and investment projects.
3. Radostina Sitova—a finance professional with expertise in public procurement, management oversight, planning and implementation of strategic projects.
Ms. Premyanova-Yankova and Ms. Radostina Sitova were also part of the NCIZ EAD in previous management teams.
The management team’s efforts will be focused on improving the business climate in industrial parks and zones, attracting investors, developing new projects, and building modern infrastructure while ensuring maximum transparency in the management of public resources.
