Bozhurishte Municipal Council has approved amendment to the Detailed Spatial Plan of Sofia - Bozhurishte Economic Zone
Bozhurishte Municipal Council has approved a draft amendment to the Detailed Spatial Plan of Sofia - Bozhurishte Economic Zone. In response to the increased investment interest in the territory of the zone new land has been acquired and the adopted decision changes the existing plots, thus creating new regulated land properties.
The amendments to the plan also concern the construction of infrastructure, which is undertaken obligation by the operator of the zone "National Company Industrial Zones" to a total of six investors, who are in the process of implementing their projects.
Sofia - Bozhurishte Economic Zone is a key project of NCIZ. This is one of the largest and top priority projects in Bulgaria. Up to date, 19 investors from a number of sectors have been attracted to the zone, including automotive industry, high technology, warehousing and others. The total amount of their investments is nearly BGN 350 million.
