Development stages

Stage I – completed

  • Road network and sidewalks with a total length of 1 750 m;
  • 4 power substations and an electricity line with 2 MW electrical supply capacity
  • 2 500 m electricity cable lines from the power substations to the individual plots;
  • Water supply pipeline with 27 extensions and shafts – a total of 2 000 m;
